The SmartSolar solar controller processes energy from solar panels and stores it in batteries, maximizing solar gains, intelligently maintaining battery status, and extending battery life. The SmartSolar solar controller can even recharge a deeply discharged battery, as it can operate with battery voltages as low as 0 volts, provided the cells are not permanently sulfated or otherwise damaged.

Ultra-fast MPPT technology:
The controller constantly monitors the voltage and current from solar panels and, thanks to MPPT technology, extracts maximum energy from them, which is particularly beneficial with variable solar radiation intensity. MPPT technology provides up to 30% higher energy yield compared to PWM solar controllers and up to 10% higher yield compared to slower MPPT controllers.

Remote monitoring and control:
If your installation is connected to the internet via a GX device, the VRM portal provides access to your devices anytime, anywhere.

Built-in Bluetooth:
Thanks to the built-in Bluetooth, you can pair the SmartSolar solar controller with your smartphone or other device via the VictronConnect app to configure, monitor, or update the system.

VE.Direct connector:
VE.Direct is used for connection to a GX device, PC, or other devices.
